• I reserve the right to decline or cancel your commission for any reason.• I reserve the right to post my work publicly.• Payment will be taken upfront in full strictly via PayPal invoices and in $USD.• At request, a full refund will only be given if the commission was not started. If the commission was started, a partial refund of 20-50% will be given. If you force a Chargeback, you will lose all rights to the commissioned artwork(s).• ETA: 2 days min — 2 months max. I will let you know if I need more time.• I do not allow deadlines nor take rush fees.• I will send as many WIPs as needed. Please don't ask for them too frequently though!• Minor revisions are free at any stage. Major revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase and are free for up to 2 revisions. Each additional revision will be $3 extra.• I will not immitate another artist's artstyle.• I don't provide speedpaints, source or layered files of the commissioned artwork(s).• It is prohibited to use my work for NFTs, training AI, or generating AI images. You may not trace, modify or resell my work in any way.• Personal use only. Exclusive and/or commercial rights will be denied. Sharing my work is allowed with credit.• Any conflict or violation of my ToS will result in an immediate cancellation and blacklisting.
